之前已寫過「雲品酒店婚禮」的場地介紹，而這一次，除了補充英文資訊方便海外新人參考之外，也更深入整理了空間運用的細節與推薦婚禮流程設計——從 First Look、證婚儀式，到宴客與 After Party。我們自己覺得乾貨滿滿！希望你也能從中找到靈感與實用建議。
We’ve previously shared an introduction to weddings at Fleur de Chine Hotel. This time, we’ve added English information for international couples and put together a more detailed guide to how you can use the space — from the First Look and ceremony, to the banquet and After Party. We’ve packed in lots of practical tips and ideas, and we hope you’ll find some inspiration here too.
First Look – 圓形戶外廣場 Amphitheater
由於國外比較沒有像台灣在婚禮前拍攝婚紗照的習慣，因此新娘在婚禮當天才會真正穿上婚紗，而 First Look 指的便是新郎第一眼看到太太身穿婚紗的反應——可能感動落淚、可能驚呼後擁抱、可能驚喜快樂。
雖然拍下新郎反應的畫面只需幾秒，但整個 First Look 建議預留至少 20 分鐘：讓新郎背對、新娘慢慢走向他，情緒才有時間醞釀，攝影師也能捕捉更多自然、不造作的互動片段。First Look 通常是婚禮當天的第一個流程，這段時間不只是拍照，更是婚禮當天的起點。它不只是畫面，而是讓兩人真正「進入這一天」的重要時刻。
In many Western weddings, couples don’t take pre-wedding photos like we often do in Taiwan. That means the bride usually puts on her wedding dress for the very first time on the big day — and the First Look is when the groom sees her in it for the first time. His reaction might be emotional, surprised, or simply joyful and full of love.
Although the actual moment may last just a few seconds, we recommend setting aside at least 20 minutes for the First Look. This allows time for the groom to stand facing away, the bride to walk slowly toward him, and for the moment to unfold naturally. It also gives the photographer more space to capture genuine emotions and interactions.
The First Look often marks the very beginning of the wedding day schedule. It’s more than just a photo opportunity — it’s a meaningful pause that helps the couple truly step into their wedding day together.
雲品酒店 2 樓可以直接從樓梯通往圓形戶外廣場，這裡平時是戶外劇場，也很適合用來拍攝 First Look。雖然新娘需要走兩層階梯，稍微辛苦一點，但正因為有這段距離，反而成了流程上的加分設計：
From the second floor of Fleur de Chine Hotel, you can walk directly down to the Amphitheater via a staircase. This outdoor space is normally used as an open-air theater, but it’s also a great location for the First Look. Although the bride does need to walk down two flights of stairs—which can be a bit of a challenge in a gown—that distance actually adds something special to the experience.
一來，能有效拉開與新郎的距離，就算他一時忍不住偷瞄，也還有樓梯作為視線屏障；二來，攝影師也能從新娘開始下樓梯那一刻，就開始捕捉畫面，讓整個過程更有層次、更有故事感。
First, the distance creates space between the couple, so even if the groom is tempted to sneak a peek, the stairs naturally block his view. Second, the photographer can start capturing the moment from the very first step, adding a sense of story and depth to the images.
- 建議安排兩組人馬來確保 First Look 流程順利進行。首先，一組人員與新郎及其中一位攝影師先行到達圓形戶外廣場就位。另一組則前往雲品客房確認新娘已經完成妝容，並陪伴新娘下樓，向第一組報告新娘的位置，確保新郎仍保持背對姿勢。
To help everything run smoothly, we recommend assigning two small teams. One team should accompany the groom and one of the photographers to the Amphitheater to get ready. The other team can stay with the bride in the hotel room to confirm her hair and makeup are done, then escort her down the stairs while updating the first team on her approach — making sure the groom stays turned around until the right moment.
- 戶外場地，記得準備防蚊液，讓穿著婚紗的新娘和賓客都能免受蚊蟲打擾。
Since it’s an outdoor space, don’t forget to prepare some mosquito repellent to keep both the bride and guests comfortable.
證婚儀式與 After Party ：頂樓「雲玥房」Sky Lounge
大多數選擇在雲品酒店舉辦婚禮的新人，會將證婚儀式安排在頂樓的雲玥房。不只因為這裡擁有獨立空間與日月潭湖景的亮點，如果當天的宴會在 3F 滿 10 桌以上，雲玥房能免費使用，這也是讓它成為熱門證婚地點的原因之一。
Many couples who choose to hold their wedding at Fleur de Chine Hotel opt for the ceremony in the Sky Lounge on the top floor. Not only does it offer a private space with stunning views of Sun Moon Lake, but if the banquet on the 3rd floor has 10 or more tables, the Sky Lounge is available for free, making it a popular choice for the ceremony.

若為午宴，雲玥房的使用時段為 09:00–12:00，建議儀式安排在 10:30–11:30
For lunch receptions, the Sky Lounge is available from 09:00–12:00. We recommend scheduling the ceremony from 10:30–11:30.

若為晚宴，雲玥房則可於 14:00–17:00 使用，推薦於 16:00–17:00 舉行證婚。
For dinner receptions, the Sky Lounge is available from 14:00–17:00, with the ceremony ideally held from 16:00–17:00.
雲品婚禮的專案內容中包含證婚台花與走道花柱一對，不過花藝風格無法自由指定，例如無法調整插花方式或轉為椅側花等設計，只能選擇配色。因此推薦新人額外委託花藝團隊，讓證婚現場更貼近自己喜歡的樣貌。
Fleur de Chine’s wedding package includes a ceremony table flower arrangement and a pair of aisle flower columns. However, the floral design style cannot be customized, meaning you can’t adjust the flower arrangement or change it to chair-side flowers. You can only choose the color scheme. Therefore, we recommend that couples consider hiring an additional florist to make the ceremony area reflect their personal style.
After Party 的使用時段為 21:30–23:30，需另行支付場租費 $26,400，包含 30 位賓客的下酒菜與飲品。
由於考量到住客的住宿品質，After Party 時段禁止使用音響設備，因此若選擇在雲玥房舉辦，比較適合三五好友喝酒聊天，不太適合邀請 DJ 或進行需要音響、麥克風的活動。但魚池地區適合舉辦 After Party 的場地選擇相對有限（可參考我們另篇文章），因此若已在雲品舉辦婚禮，也相當推薦直接預訂頂樓空間，延續當天的氛圍最為順手。
The After Party can be held from 21:30–23:30, with an additional venue rental fee of $26,400. This includes appetizers and drinks for 30 guests. To ensure a quiet environment for hotel guests, sound equipment is not allowed during the After Party.
If you choose to use the Sky Lounge, it’s best suited for casual drinks and conversations with close friends—activities like DJ sets or anything requiring microphones or speakers are not recommended. Since there are limited venue options in the Sun Moon Lake area for After Parties (you can refer to our other article), if you are already hosting your wedding at Fleur, we highly recommend booking Sky Lounge for the After Party. It’s the most convenient way to continue the atmosphere from the wedding day.
宴會空間：雲揚廳或雲翰AB廳
Banquet Venues: Soaring Cloud or Cosmos Cloud A/B
雲品酒店的所有宴會空間都在 3F，分別有走廊底端的較小的雲揚廳，適合8桌以內的小型婚禮。以及更靠近 Lobby 的雲翰A、雲翰B廳，AB兩廳可依照桌數打通，最多容納30桌。
我們覺得雲揚廳的優勢在於大片的落地窗景，可一覽群峰環繞的美麗湖景，午宴比晚宴更合適。而追求影音效果、或桌數較多的新人可選擇雲翰 AB 廳，大面 LED 螢幕適合播放影片或玩需要螢幕的遊戲，如 Kahoot。
雲翰 AB 廳也因為空間更為寬敞，桌數較少的喜宴可在宴會廳中央安排一塊空間為舞池區。或聘請樂團在舞池區或舞台區表演，都很適合。
All banquet spaces at Fleur de Chine Hotel are located on the 3rd floor. At the end of the hallway is the smaller Soaring Cloud, ideal for intimate weddings with up to 8 tables. Closer to the lobby are Cosmos Cloud A & B, which can be combined to host up to 30 tables.
Soaring Cloud’s main highlight is its floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the mountains and lake—making it a better fit for a lunch reception. If you’re looking for stronger AV support or need more tables, Cosmos Cloud A/B is a great choice. Its large LED screen works well for playing videos or interactive games like Kahoot.
Because Cosmos Cloud A/B is more spacious, couples with fewer tables can even set up a dance floor in the center or invite a live band to perform either on the stage or in the open area—both options work beautifully.
推薦的婚禮流程 Suggested Wedding Flow
由於雲品位於日月潭，許多來這裡舉辦婚禮的新人都不是本地人，甚至從海外飛來台灣。因此，婚禮籌備時記得一起考量賓客的住宿和交通接駁。除此之外，首段提及的 First Look, 以及安排在 First Look 後的類婚紗拍攝和證婚儀式，都很適合雲品的空間。
特別留意的是雲玥房的使用時間至 12:00 / 17:00，距離常見的宴客開席時間 12:30 / 18:00 還有一段時間，因此宴會廳外可設計一區「迎賓區」，像是豐富的相片相本陳列、創意簽到區、現場似顏繪繪製、拍貼機、拍立得 / 底片相機…等，讓賓客的等候也能成為參與婚禮的一部分。
如果場地選在較大的雲翰廳，則聘請樂團、規劃舞池區跳舞、好友致詞等西式婚禮中的熱門活動，都很適合。也別忘了妥善利用雲翰廳的大螢幕與賓客分享照片、影片。
Since Fleur is located at Sun Moon Lake, many couples getting married here are not local—and some even travel from overseas. So when planning your wedding, don’t forget to also consider guest accommodation and transportation.
In addition to that, this venue is a great fit for the First Look, and for the photo session and ceremony that often follow it.
One thing to note: the Sky Lounge is available until 12:00 noon / 17:00, which leaves a short gap before the banquet typically starts at 12:30 or 18:00. During this break, we recommend setting up a welcome area outside the banquet hall—featuring things like photo albums, a creative guest sign-in spot, live sketch artist, a photo booth, or instant/film cameras—so that your guests can enjoy this part of the experience too.
If you’re using the larger Cosmos Cloud Hall, it’s a great space for Western-style wedding activities like having a live band, creating a dance floor, or inviting friends to give speeches. You can also make the most of the large screen in the room to share photo slideshows or videos with your guests.
最容易被忽略的細節：新娘開妝地點、兩個梳化空間的轉換
Bridal Makeup Prep & Styling Room Transitions
在台灣的婚禮流程中，新娘的第一個妝通常需要約三小時完成，接下來的每一次造型更換則大約 20～25 分鐘。若是舉辦午宴的新娘，建議可在婚禮前一晚入住雲品，當天一早直接在客房內開妝。
In Taiwan, the bride’s first hair and makeup session on the wedding day usually takes about 3 hours, with each later touch-up or style change taking around 20–25 minutes. For a lunchtime wedding, we recommend staying at Fleur the night before and starting the bridal prep in your guest room early in the morning.
退房後，再移動至雲品提供的第二個梳化空間——位於 2F 的中餐廳包廂，繼續後續造型。這個包廂空間需宴客達 10 桌以上才會贈送，使用時段為 13:00 起。一來適合沒有安排續住的新人，二來包廂位置鄰近 3F 宴會空間，即使電梯塞車，也能輕鬆步行上樓。
After checking out, you can move to Fleur’s second makeup room—a private dining room on the 2nd floor—which is available for free when your banquet has 10 or more tables. It’s accessible from 1:00 PM. It’s ideal for brides not staying overnight and is conveniently located near the 3rd-floor banquet halls, making it easy to access even if the elevators are busy.
至於舉辦晚宴的新人，則可安排於下午 13:00 起，直接在 2F 中餐廳包廂開妝與後續造型。若希望婚禮後能放鬆休息、不必馬上返家，也可以考慮在當晚入住雲品，結束後好好休息。
For evening weddings, the 2nd-floor room can also be used from 1:00 PM for full-day prep. If you’d like to relax after the wedding, consider staying at Fleur that night.
💡提醒：2F 包廂的使用條件與婚禮專案內容可能會依時期調整，建議新人在場勘與簽約時再次向飯店確認細節。
